Account structure
Projects
In your account, you can create projects, e.g., a project called E-Book, Whitepaper, or Annual report.
Project settings apply to every Foleon Doc in the project and include:
- Hostname
- Google Analytics code
- MAP integration
- Editions (archive)
Before you publish anything, it's important to know how projects are structured. This following article from our Help Center about "Working with projects" will be very important in understanding how to organize your Foleon Docs and how projects work.
Foleon Docs
You have unlimited Foleon Docs and you can put them all in a single project or spread them across numerous projects.
Governance
Brand Kit
As more people start creating, the need for processes and guardrails increases. Admins and Designers can use the Brand Kit to create centralized workspace themes that will apply to all projects and Foleon Docs in a particular workspace.
Reduce complexity and collaborate more effectively with roles and permissions. Group users together in workspaces, determine which content belong to which workspace, and retain control over user access.
Workspaces
With workspaces, the account is split up into the main account and workspaces (divisions, countries, or departments). Users will only have access to the projects, templates, and media of the workspace(s) they are part of.
Template Manager
Foleon editor
Our platform has two editing interfaces to make the dream of letting everybody create engaging content come true:
Content Studio
Design content with full Foleon design capabilities to create bespoke content that fits specific design needs and brand guidelines.
Content Builder
Design content with the power of professionally designed templates, making it easy to use for anybody, regardless of skill level.
